Kim Richardson

Kim has lived on Amelia Island for almost 25 years and has kept a pulse on the local real estate industry since her arrival. She and her family moved to Amelia Island for the adventure of travel when their boys were two and four. They fell in love with the island and deepened their roots with each passing year. Brad, her husband, is a firefighter for the City of Fernandina Beach and the boys have successfully left the nest. She earned her MA in Educational Technology and a BA in Elementary Education . Her love for education continues as she builds on opportunities to learn and grow with each experience.
